Shipping & Delivery

Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after shipment.  International orders ship via DHL within 3 - 5 business days. Contact info@startartworks.com for expedited shipping options.
Shipping costs vary by region and are calculated at checkout.
We are doing our best to offer shipping to as many countries as possible. If you don’t see your country in our list at checkout, please contact us at nfo@startartworks.com,, and we’ll do our best to assist you with shipping options.

Please note that for orders shipped outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on the regulations of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the total at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

We hope that you love your new Artwork, but in the event that you are unhappy with it, you may return it within 2 weeks of your order date.  Please contact us at sales@startartworks.com before sending an item back and we will provide you with all of the necessary info. Should you have any other issues with an order, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll do our very best to take care of you.
